Here are the top five commercial and leisure construction projects that commenced in the US in Q2 2022, according to GlobalData’s construction projects database.

1. Keystone Trade Center – $1,500m

The project involves the expansion of 13,93,545m2, 20 Keystone Trade Center on 728ha of land in Pennsylvania.

Construction work started in Q2 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2025.

The project aims to meet the growing need for warehouse facilities in the region.

5. Gun Lake Casino Expansion III – $300m

The project involves the expansion of a 23,226m2 casino in Wayland, Michigan.

Construction work started in Q2 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q1 2025.

The project aims to serve guests and tourists with enhanced dining, entertainment, and gaming amenities and make Gun Lake Casino a premier entertainment destination.
