The project aims to enhance the hospitality, leisure, and commercial facilities in the region.

4. REJUVE 360 Mulund Residential Community – $800m

The project involves the construction of five, 57-story high residential towers on 2.8ha of land. in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Construction work commenced in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2025.

The project aims to cater to the ever-growing demand for residential units in Mumbai and to enhance the residential space in the city.

5. Willoughby Residential Redevelopment – $691m

The project involves the construction of 10 residential buildings comprising of 442 units on 3.2ha of land in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2024.

The project aims to demolish the existing office building and provide better residential facilities in the region.
