1. Chengdu Future City – $1,150m

The project involves the construction of a future city on an area of 460ha of land in Chengdu, Sichuan, China.

Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2025.

Chengdu Future City is a car-free masterplan for the capital of China’s Sichuan province.

2. Commerz III Commercial Office Complex – $900m

The project involves the construction of a 43-story commercial office complex with a permissible floor area of 2,60,128m2 in Goregaon, Mumbai, India.

Construction work commenced in Q1 2022 and is expected to finish in Q4 2027.

The purpose of the project is to develop class A office spaces in the region.

3. The Vault Gachibowli Office Complex – $878m

The project involves the construction of six towers comprising two 22-story, three 24-story, and one 26-story office towers with a combined floor area of 689,000m2 on a 10.3ha of land in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is forecast to complete in Q4 2026.

The purpose of the project is to develop class A office spaces in the region.

4. Shenzhen Global Headquarter Tower – $360m

The project involves the construction of a 388m tall global headquarter tower in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

Construction work commenced in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2024.

The project aims to build an office tower to house its 13,000 employees.

5. Shaw Office Tower Redevelopment – $250m

The project involves the construction of a 32-story, 64,728m2 office building in Singapore.

Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q2 2025.

The aim of the project is to redevelop the old Shaw Tower into a new office building.
