Here are the five largest construction projects initiated in Canada during Q3 2022, according to GlobalData’s construction projects database.

1. Hamilton Biomanufacturing Facility – $421m

The project involves the construction of a 325,160m2 biomanufacturing facilities in Hamilton, Ontario.

Construction work started in Q3 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2026.

2. Advanced Nuclear Materials Research Center – $288m

The project involves the construction of an 120m-tall, 35-story mixed-use condominium building in Ontario.

Construction work started in Q3 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q2 2024.

The project aims to provide better residential and retail facilities in the region.
