The project aims to provide residential and commercial facilities in the industrial zone of the region.

5. Krasnogorsk Anikeevsky Residential Complex Facility – $364m

The project involves the construction of a comfort-class residential complex on a 557,000m2 area in Krasnogorsk, Moscow region, Russia.

Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q1 2024.

The aim of the project is to provide comfort-class residential facilities to the people in the region.
