1. Zac Campus Grand Parc Mixed-Use Development – $7,000m

The project involves the construction of ZAC Campus Grand Parc mixed-use complex on 80ha of land in Villejuif, Ile-de-France region, France.

Construction work started in Q3 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2027.

In the fourth quarter of 2011, the Institute Gustave Roussy, Conférence Territoriale de la Vallée Scientifique de la Bièvre (VSB), Société du Grand Paris (SGP), l’Etat, l’Etablissement Public Foncier d’Ile de France (EPFIF), and the Conseil Départemental du Val de Marne has appointed Sadev 94 as the developer of the ZAC.

2. Milanosesto Mixed-Use Complex – $6,829m

The project involves the construction of a 1,400,000m2 mixed-use complex on 70ha of land at Sesto San Giovanni in Milan, Province of Milan, Italy.

Construction work commenced in Q3 2021 and is expected to finish in Q4 2026.

The project aims to transform the former steelworks Falck area of Sesto San Giovanni into a mixed-use community and to enhance residential, commercial and retail facilities in the region. The project on completion will house a residential population of 15,000 people and be the daily workplace of 15,000 people.

3. Camden Goods Yard Mixed-Use Community – $841m

The Camden Goods Yard project involves the construction of a 99,026m2 mixed-use complex on Chalk Farm Road in Camden Town, London, England, the UK.

Construction work started in Q3 2021 and is forecast to complete in Q3 2023.

The project aims to redevelop a supermarket site to provide better residential and retail facilities in the region.

4. Viadux Mixed-Use Community – $333m

The project involves the construction of a 40-story residential tower and a 14-story office building at Albion Street in Central Manchester, the UK.

Construction work commenced in Q3 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q3 2024.

The project aims to enhance the residential, commercial, and office space to meet the growing demands for luxury housing and commercial needs in the region. It will create 350 jobs.

5. Sackville Road Residential Community – $332m

The project involves the construction of a residential community comprising six blocks ranging from two to 15 stories on 3.59ha of land in Hove, the UK.

Construction work started in Q3 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q2 2025.

The project aims to transform the Sackville Trading Estate and Hove Goods Yard site to provide better housing facilities in the region. It will create 560 jobs.
