5. Rimac Headquarters Complex – $238m

The project involves the construction of a 100,000m2 headquarters complex on 20ha site area in Zagreb, Croatia.

Construction work started in Q4 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2023.

The company aims to transform the site into a high-volume maker of drivetrains and batteries. The new complex will be its international R&D and production base and enable the company to ramp up from prototype and smaller volume projects to high-volume production of its high-performance electric drivetrain and battery systems for many global car companies.
