1. Ojersjo Residential Community – $161m

The project involves the construction of a residential community comprising 500 homes in Vaestra Goetaland, Sweden.

Construction work started in Q4 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.

The aim of the project is to deliver high-quality homes in the region.

2. Forest Town Residential Community – $134m

The project involves the construction of 313 homes on 10ha of land in Forest Town, Nottinghamshire, the UK.

Construction work commenced in Q4 2021 and is expected to finish in Q1 2025.

The project aims to provide enhanced residential facilities for the people in the region.

3. Brantham Residential Community – $90m

The project involves the construction of a residential community in Brantham, Suffolk, England, the UK.

Construction work started in Q4 2021 and is forecast to complete in Q4 2023.

St Francis Group (SFG) earlier planned for the construction of up to 320 homes on the project land. Later the land was acquired by Taylor Wimpey Plc and plans were amended.

4. Upper Warren Residential Community – $76m

The project involves the construction of a residential community on 21ha of land in Hartlepool, England, the UK.

Construction work commenced in Q4 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2025.

The project aims to meet the growing demand for residential facilities in the region.

5. Moorgate Road Residential Community – $70m

The project involves the construction of 170 residential units on 6.66ha of land at Moorgate Road, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, the UK.

Construction work started in Q4 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q2 2025.

The aim of the project is to enhance residential facilities and provide opportunities for a diverse range of housing options.
