1. Commerz III Commercial Office Complex – $900m

The project involves the construction of a 43-story commercial office complex with a permissible floor area of 2,60,128m2 in Goregaon, Mumbai.

Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2027.

The purpose of the project is to develop class A office spaces in the region.

2. The Vault Gachibowli Office Complex – $878m

The project involves the construction of six towers comprising two 22-story, three 24-story, and one 26-story office towers with a combined floor area of 689,000m2 on a 10.3ha of land in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Construction work commenced in Q1 2022 and is expected to finish in Q4 2026.

The purpose of the project is to develop class A office spaces in the region.

3. REJUVE 360 Mulund Residential Community – $800m

The project involves the construction of five, 57-story high residential towers on 2.8ha of land. in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is forecast to complete in Q4 2025.

The project aims to cater to the ever-growing demand for residential units in Mumbai and to enhance the residential space in the city.

4. Munger to Mirzachouki Road Upgrade – $796m

The project involves the widening and up-gradation of a 124km-long road from Munger in Bihar to Mirzachouki in Jharkhand of NH-80 to a four-lane road in India.

Construction work commenced in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q3 2025.

The project aims to provide better transport facilities and to reduce traffic congestion in the region.

5. NH-148NA Road Upgrade – $620m

The project involves the upgrade of a 60km six-lane access-controlled highway of the NH-148NA road section in Haryana.

Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2026.

The main purpose of the project is to improve the road transport network to increase vehicle-handling capacity and reduce traffic congestion.
