1. Greenlink Offshore Interconnector – $535m

The project involves the construction of a 190km, 500MW 320kV HVDC underground electricity interconnector from the Pembroke substation in Wales, and the Great Island substation in Ireland.

Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2024.

The aim of the project is to increase the power generation capacity of local networks and provide a reliable backup energy supply to 380,000 homes.

2. Cork Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility Expansion – $176m

The project involves the expansion of a 2,500m2 biopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in Munster.

Construction work commenced in Q1 2022 and is expected to finish in Q2 2024.

It will create 180 jobs during construction and once completed, it will add 180 jobs.

3. Belin Woods Residential Community – $100m

The project involves the construction of a residential community comprising 343 units in Leinster.

Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is forecast to complete in Q4 2025.

The project aims to provide better residential facilities in the region.

4. Palmerstown Residential Community – $98m

The project involves the construction of a 21,017m2 residential community comprising 250 apartments on 1.27 ha of land in Dublin, Leinster.

Construction work commenced in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q2 2025.

The project’s aim is to provide better residential facilities in the region.

5. N69 Listowel Bypass – $71m

The N69 Listowel project involves the construction of a 5.95km western and northern bypass in Munster.

Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2024.

The project aims to provide better transport facilities in the region.
