Construction work commenced in Q4 2021 and is expected to finish in Q4 2024.

3. Limerick Bishops Quay Mixed Use Complex – $90m

The project involves the construction of nine storey mixed-use tower in Limerick, Munster, Ireland.

Construction work started in Q4 2021 and is forecast to complete in Q3 2023.

The project aims to provide world-class city center office, retail and residential accommodation. It will create 150 construction jobs and 600 operational jobs.

4. Dublin Medical Detox Facility – $35m

The project involves the construction of a 100-bed, six-story 5,304m2 medical detox facilities on Usher’s Island, Dublin, Leinster, Ireland.

Construction work commenced in Q4 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2024.

The project aims to ensure that homeless people get the same residential medical, treatment, and recovery services including detox, rehabilitation, semi-acute medical procedures, and blood-borne virus stabilization as the rest of the population.

5. Ballymoney Foxleigh Meadow Residential Community – $28m

The project involves the construction of 179 residential units to be developed in phases in Ballymoney, Ulster, Ireland.

Construction work started in Q4 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2025.

The project will create 100 construction jobs.
