1. 2050 Abner Creek Road Middle School – $300m

The project involves the redevelopment of a 700-seat middle school in South Carolina, the US.

Construction work started in Q4 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q3 2024.

The project aims to provide better educational facilities in the region.

2. Ole Miss Science Building – $175m

The project involves the construction of an 18,580m2 science building in Oxford, Mississippi, the US.

Construction work commenced in Q4 2021 and is expected to finish in Q4 2023.

The project aims to provide a platform to increase student research through hands-on education and active learning while encouraging collaborative research between students and faculty.

3. Progress Campus Block A Expansion – $150m

The project involves the construction of a six-story 13,935m2 new campus building in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada.

Construction work started in Q4 2021 and is forecast to complete in Q4 2023.

The project aims to provide good quality higher-education facilities, whilst also reducing its environmental impact by eliminating CO2 emissions. The building will have a zero-carbon emissions design, with the ability to store thousands of tonnes of carbon in its sustainably harvested mass timber wood structure.

4. Taft Charter High School Upgrade – $146m

The project involves the upgrade of a high school in Los Angeles, California, the US.

Construction work commenced in Q4 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2026.

The project aims to provide better educational facilities in the region.

5. The Arbour Research Institute Building – $99m

The project involves the construction of a 52m high, 16,250m2, 10-story wood research institute building on 0.23ha of land at the southeast corner of Queens Quay East and Lower Sherbourne Street, Waterfront Campus, George Brown College, in Toronto, Canada.

Construction work started in Q4 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2024.

It will be Canada’s first tall wood research institute which will allow students and researchers to generate innovative ideas and research in low-carbon, mass timber construction.
