Here are North America’s five largest office building construction projects that were initiated in Q2 2022, according to GlobalData’s construction projects database.

1. The Eight Office Tower – $476m

The project involves the construction of a 50,167m2 25-story office tower in Bellevue, Washington, the US.

Construction work started in Q2 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q1 2024.

2. 1900 Lawrence Street Office Tower – $400m

The project involves the construction of a 30-story office tower on 0.51ha of land in Denver, Colorado, the US.

3. North Harbour Mixed-Use Development – $320m

Construction work commenced in Q2 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q2 2024.

The project aims to house three football fields and business operations.

5. Park Habitat Commercial Tower – $250m

The project involves the construction of a 111,484m2, 20-story commercial tower in San Jose, California, the US.

Construction work started in Q2 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q3 2024.

The project aims to meet the demand for the office facilities in the region.
