1. Polish-Belarus Border Fence – $392m

The project involves the construction of a 186km polish-Belarus border fence in Poland.

Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q2 2022.

The project aims to avoid the illegal migration of people coming from Belarus to Poland.

2. Chorzow Batory to Naklo Slaskie Railway Line Redevelopment – $352m

The project involves the construction of a 60km railway line between Chorzow Batory and Naklo Slaskie in Silesian Voivodeship.

Construction work commenced in Q1 2022 and is expected to finish in Q4 2024.

The purpose of the project is to reduce travel time and will ensure more efficient and safer travel of passenger trains at 140 km/h and freight trains at 120 km/h.

3. Data Center Campus – $237m

The project involves the construction of a data center campus of 5,000m2 with a consumption capacity of 50 MW on a 4ha area in Wieliczka, Lesser Poland Voivodeship.

Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is forecast to complete in Q4 2025.

The project aims to provide cloud services and expand data center capacity to improve the quality of services to users. The project will be the first data center for Data4 in Poland.

4. Kosakov Residential Community – $175m

The project involves the construction of a 34,600m2 residential community comprising 642 apartments in Pomeranian Voivodeship.

Construction work commenced in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2024.

The project aims to meet the residential demand in the region.

5. Niepolomice Truck Manufacturing Plant Expansion – $122m

The project involves an expansion of the manufacturing plant on 13ha of land in Lesser Poland Voivodeship.

Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q3 2022.

The project aims to expand the existing plant to increase the production capacity. The facilities will be neutral in terms of CO2 emissions from 2025.
