5. The Sterling Broadbeach Residential Tower – $157m

The project involves the construction of a 40-story residential tower comprising 134 apartments in Broadbeach, Queensland.

Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2024.

The project aims to address the demand for residential facilities in the region.
