Construction work commenced in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q1 2024.

The aim of the project is to develop residential buildings with modern amenities and meet the growing demand.

5. Nuernberg Aufseßplatz Mixed-Use Development – $80m

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use facilities on the area of the former “Schocken” department store at Aufseßplatz in Nurnberg, Bavaria.

Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2024.

The project aims to build a mixed-use facilities with modern amenities in order to meet the growing demand for residential and commercial facilities.
