Here are the top five multi-family housing construction projects that commenced in India in Q2 2022, according to GlobalData’s construction projects database.

1. Transcon Triumph IV Residential Tower – $70m

The project involves the construction of a 37-story residential tower comprising 200 units on 2.23ha of land in Andheri West, Maharashtra.

Construction work started in Q2 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.

The project involves the construction of 14-story residential tower with 274 residential units on 1.21ha of land at Kollur in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Construction work started in Q2 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2023.
