Here are the top five multi-family housing construction projects that commenced in Poland in Q2 2022, according to GlobalData’s construction projects database.

1. Nowa Przystan Housing Complex – $100m

5. Urzeka Residential Complex – $40m

The project involves the construction of three four-story residential buildings with 145 apartments in Pomeranian Voivodeship.

Construction work started in Q2 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q3 2024.
