The project involves the construction of a residential community in Peterborough.

Construction work commenced in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q3 2024.

5. Steppingley Road Retirement Housing Village – $67m

The project involves the construction of a residential care home and retirement housing in Central Bedfordshire.

Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2023.

It is located at the site of the former Flitwick Leisure Center.
