1. Hamamatsucho Shibaura 1 Chome Redevelopment – $3,170m

Construction work started in Q3 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2030.

Construction work started in Q3 2021 and is forecast to complete in Q2 2024.

4. Nishi-Shinjuku 1-Chome Commercial Tower Redevelopment – $150m

The project involves the construction of a 23-story above ground and four-story below ground, 126m high commercial tower with a floor area of 96,901.94m2 on 0.62ha of land in Shinjuku-Ku, Tokyo.

Construction work commenced in Q3 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2025.

The project’s main aim is to provide better office and commercial facilities in the region.

5. Midosuji Awajimachi Office Building – $140m

The project involves the construction of a 45,359.95m2, 21-story office building on 0.27ha of land in Chuo-ku, Osaka Prefecture.

Construction work started in Q3 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2023.

The project aims to provide better commercial facilities in the region.
