Construction work started in Q4 2021 and is forecast to complete in Q3 2023.

The project aims to provide a better environment for research and development and advanced facilities for experimentation.

4. Hokuhoku Sapporo Building – $90m

The project involves the construction of a 59.9m high, 17,456m2 office tower with 13 floors above ground and three floors below ground on 0.15ha of land in Hokkaido, Japan.

Construction work commenced in Q4 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q1 2024.

The project aims to provide better office and commercial facilities in the region.

5. Yodobashi Sendai Commercial Building – $50m

The project involves the construction of a 56.2m high, 76,460m2, 12-story commercial tower on 1.5ha of land in Sendai City, Miyagi, Japan.

Construction work started in Q4 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q2 2023.

The project aims to provide better commercial facilities in the region.
