1. Deansgate Mixed-Use Community – $261m

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community on 0.60ha of land in Manchester.

Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2025.

The project aims to meet increased housing demand and to provide a BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum, NABERS 5 star and Grade A office and hospitality facilities.

2. Baltic Exchange Building Renovation – $105m

The project involves the renovation of an office building in London.

Construction work commenced in Q1 2022 and is expected to finish in Q4 2024.

The project aims to provide a BREEAM outstanding, zero carbon, first-class office building.

3. St Modwen Park Derby – $104m

The project involves the construction of a 72,464m2 commercial complex on 28ha of land in Derby.

Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is forecast to complete in Q4 2025.

The project aims to redevelop the brownfield site known as Chaddesden Triangle to provide better office, warehouse, retail and industrial facilities in the region. It will create 100 construction jobs per annum and 3,000 operational jobs.

4. Kings Cross Self-Storage Development – $67m

The project involves the construction of a nine-story self-storage building in London, Greater London.

Construction work commenced in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2022.

The project is a part of a major expansion drive in which Big Yellow Group is investing over $126 million in eleven new development sites.

5. Worship Square Office Complex – $63m

The project involves the construction of a 12,541m2, nine-story office complex in Shoreditch district, Greater London.

Construction work started in Q1 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q1 2024.

The project aims to demolish the Quick and Tower House building which was completed between 1988 and 1992 and redevelop it into an office complex to provide better office facilities in the region.
