Here are the top five office building construction projects that commenced in the UK in Q3 2021, according to GlobalData’s construction projects database.

1. Viadux Mixed-Use Community – $333m

The project involves the construction of a 40-story residential tower and a 14-story office building at Albion Street in Central Manchester.

Construction work started in Q3 2021 and is expected to be completed in Q3 2024.

The project aims to enhance the residential, commercial, and office space to meet the growing demands for luxury housing and commercial needs in the region. It will create 350 jobs.
