Here are the top five single-family housing construction projects that commenced in the US in Q2 2022, according to GlobalData’s construction projects database.

1. The Outlook at Windhaven Seniors Housing Community – $180m

The project involves the construction of a 239-unit senior living complex on 7.3ha of land in Plano, Texas.
