DAMAC Properties has announced that its Sharia-compliant Ghalia tower in Jumeirah Village Circle, UAE, has entered the last stages of completion.
The one-million ft2 property features 727 furnished luxury apartments.
Designed to operate in an alignment with the principles of Sharia, Ghalia will provide separate leisure amenities such as separate dining facilities, gymnasium and swimming pools to residents and visitors.

Ghalia will also offer a mix of one, two and three-bedroom furnished apartments, as well as meet the increasing demand for Sharia-compliant luxury living.
In addition, the Jumeirah Village Circle community’s family-centric offerings will include parks, schools and mosques clustered throughout the development.
The community site is close to major retail and leisure destination, Mall of the World and Dubai’s upcoming Al Khail Avenue mall.
DAMAC Properties has been leading the Middle East’s luxury real estate market since 2002, constructing luxury residential, commercial and leisure properties across the region such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon and the UK.
The firm recently awarded an AED72m construction contract to China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) for road and infrastructure work at AKOYA Oxygen in Dubai.
