KB Home has opened a new single-family home community called Alder Brook in the city of Enumclaw, Washington, US.
Alder Brook is located on 244th Avenue SW and offers easy access to the Seattle area’s major employment centres. The location is approximately a mile from popular shopping, dining, and entertainment locations in downtown Enumclaw.
The community includes a selection of one- and two-storey homes, with sizes ranging from approximately 1,600ft² to 2,900ft².
The homes feature kitchens and expansive bedroom suites with walk-in closets, as well as loft and den spaces.
According to Alder Brook floor plans, the houses will include up to six bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths.
KB Home Seattle division president Ryan Kemp said: “Our new homes at Alder Brook are situated within the highly desirable city of Enumclaw and offer breathtaking views of the Cascade Mountains.
“The new community is convenient to Highways 164 and 410, and close to popular shopping, dining, and entertainment, as well as area parks and abundant outdoor recreation.
“As with other KB Home communities, Alder Brook provides home shoppers with the opportunity to purchase a new KB home that can be personalised to reflect their lifestyle and needs.”
Established in 1957, KB Home is one of the largest homebuilders in the US. To date, it has developed more than 655,000 homes and currently operates in 47 markets.
In April this year, the company opened another single-family home community in Washington. This home community, called Emerald Hollow, is located in Pierce County.
