KB Home has opened a new single-family home community called Alder Brook in the city of Enumclaw, Washington, US.

Alder Brook is located on 244th Avenue SW and offers easy access to the Seattle area’s major employment centres. The location is approximately a mile from popular shopping, dining, and entertainment locations in downtown Enumclaw.

The community includes a selection of one- and two-storey homes, with sizes ranging from approximately 1,600ft² to 2,900ft².

The homes feature kitchens and expansive bedroom suites with walk-in closets, as well as loft and den spaces.

According to Alder Brook floor plans, the houses will include up to six bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths.
