KB Home has opened a new single-family home community named Centrella Villas in Fresno, California, US.
Centrella Villas is located on Belmont Avenue east of Highway 180 and offers easy access to downtown Fresno and the major employment centres in the area.

It includes up to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, with sizes ranging from around 1,700ft² to 2,000ft².
The new homes feature design characteristics such as spacious kitchens, bedroom suites with walk-in closets, large rooms and storage space.
All new KB homes are designed to be ENERGY STAR-certified and deliver an improved indoor environment.

The new community is located at North 172nd Drive and West Blue Sky Drive north of the US Highway 60 and Loop 303 interchange.
It includes up to five bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, ranging from about 2,100ft² to 3,300ft².
