US-based general contractor LandSouth Construction has started building a new amenities-rich apartment community, Integra Station 2020, in West Melbourne, Florida, the US.
Integra Station 2020, which is being developed by Integra Land Company, will feature 14 four-storey buildings.

To be located at the south-west quadrant of I-95 and Space Coast Parkway, the multi-building complex is scheduled to be completed in 2022.
LandSouth Construction president and CEO James Pyle said: “The West Melbourne area continues to grow and Integra’s strong commitment to delivering beautifully designed developments will enhance the area and offer residents a wonderful place to live.”
Charlan Brock & Associates will serve as the architecture firm for the Integra Station 2020 project, which will be led by LandSouth project manager Mark Ondish.
It will feature an urban design and offer several amenities, including a saltwater pool, dog park and wash and fitness centre with a yoga room, in addition to grilling stations and a cyber café.

The complex is located near to the Kennedy Space Center, several restaurants and retail locations, and the Melbourne beaches.
