“Integra Park at Oakleaf will provide Orange Park residents with a great place to live, along with the best the area has to offer.”

Comprising 249 units, Integra Park will feature urban design and several other amenities, including a pool, dog parks, fitness centre, grilling stations, courtyards, elevators and garages.

Residents will have the option to pick from 11 one, two and three-bedroom floor plans, with or without balconies.

Interior highlights of the apartment community include granite countertops, vinyl floors and screened balconies.

The project’s location near to several area restaurants and retail locations adds to the benefits.

LandSouth project manager Kenny Walker said: “Integra Park at Oakleaf is another great opportunity for LandSouth to continue our commitment to excellence in multifamily developments. We’re excited to watch Integra Park at Oakleaf come to life.”

The company will use its integrated construction approach to construct Integra Park at Oakleaf.

Last month, LandSouth started building new amenities-rich apartment community, Integra Station 2020, in West Melbourne, Florida.
