Homebuilder Lennar has inaugurated a new single-family home community, named Navarro Ranch, in Seguin, Texas, US.
Located between San Antonio and Austin, the community has been designed to meet the need for affordable housing.

It provides homes ranging from 1,016 to 3,013 square feet, with two to five bedrooms and two to four baths, from the Barrington, Westfield, Cottage, and Brookstone collections.
The homes include resort-style master suites and living and kitchen spaces, as well as technology upgrades which meet the needs of the homebuyer.
Exteriors of the new homes include a selection of design options and low-maintenance fibre-cement siding, along with sodded yards.
