"We will leverage lean construction practices and the latest virtual design technologies to efficiently deliver this project for Anthracite Realty Partners and Bennett Benner Partners."
640 Taylor is expected to be completed in December 2017.
Claimed to be the seventh tallest building in Fort Worth, the new high-rise will have 900 parking spaces.
