New York-based architect Kohn Pedersen Fox has collaborated with Chris Dikeakos Architects to design the oval glass residential tower.

Two nested curved glass towers of the building will rise as a single column from a three-storey ground floor retail podium on the north and west sides.

The building also features custom-designed public spaces and residences, white terrazzo floors, custom-designed walnut walls and chairs.

Each residence will feature open layouts, HBA custom-designed kitchens, quartz counter tops and appliances from Wolf, Sub-Zero and Miele.

Other amenities offered at Pacific Gate include access to a residents-only guest suite, chef concierge, and private boat share.

Construction of the building is scheduled for late 2017.
