Middle East property developer G&Co is to develop the AED3bn ($817m) Millennium Square project, a brand new bespoke residential community in Meydan City, Dubai.

To be marketed exclusively by real estate broker SPF Realty, the project will be handed over in the last quarter of the year 2017.

Millennium Square in Meydan Dubai is said to offer semi-detached villas with pairs of houses built side-by-side sharing a party wall.

Semi-detached villas at Millennium Square consist of four bedrooms plus a maid’s room with a built-up area of 3,479ft², covering 60% of the total plot size of 3,350ft² to 3,550ft².

The remaining 40% of the plot is for a garden area and there is the option of making one extra bedroom on the ground floor at no additional cost.

Amenities offered at the project include a community centre, swimming pool, gymnasium, play areas, parks, mosque and retail outlets.
