Developer Grocon is seeking approval from Brisbane City Council in Australia to construct a 37-storey commercial office tower on the Queen Street site of the failed Trilogy Tower project.
The design of the $590m building includes plans for Brisbane’s first large-scale, above-ground park, with panoramic views of the city, including the Story Bridge.
The facility aims to achieve a six-star Green rating.
Others features of the building include 265 car-parking bays over three levels and 600 bicycle-parking spaces.
The 70-storey Trilogy project planned for 480 Queen Street failed to take-off due to the economic downturn.
