Keppel Land has broken ground on the second phase of the Saigon Centre, an integrated mixed-use development in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Architecture firm NBBJ has designed the second phase of the project.
The 45-storey Saigon Centre will include seven levels of retail and dining spaces spread across 50,000m2, 40,000m2 of Grade A office space and over 200 units of luxury serviced apartments.
The construction of the facility is scheduled to be completed in 2015.
