King Abdullah Sports City in Saudi Arabia is set to be completed by 31 October 2014.

The mixed-use sports complex, which is located 3km north of King Abdulaziz Airport in Jeddah, will cover 9km2 and will contain a 60,000-seat stadium.

The stadium will be designed and built by Six Construct and Al-Muhaidib Contracting Company for $552m.

Apart from the stadium, the project will have an independent facility for track and field games, an indoor stadium, a multipurpose hall with a capacity of 10,000 people and a parking facility for 8,000 vehicles.
