Land Securities Group has received planning approval from Westminster City Council to redevelop Kingsgate House on Victoria Street in central London.
The development plan, designed by Lynch Architects, will replace an existing office block with two new buildings, a 12-storey and a 14-storey building.

The development will provide 203,000ft2 of office space and 102 residential apartments, new bars and restaurants in a public courtyard.
The project work is due for completion in 2015.
