Muse Developments has secured two contracts from Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council in the UK for a £200m project to revamp the town of Basing View.
The contracts involve the development of five sites in Basing View, as well as the construction of a business-class hotel in the western end of the town.

The scheme will include a mix of new office space, a business-class hotel and other supporting facilities.
If the scheme gets planning consent, construction work on the project is expected to begin by the end of 2013.
