The Metro Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) Design Review Committee has given final approval for the design plan of the SoBro skyscraper development at 222 2nd Ave S at Nashville, Tennessee in the US, which is due to break ground in October.

The concept plan for this mixed-use skyscraper was approved in March.

Houston-based developer Hines and Nashville’s CB Ragland are responsible for the construction of the building, which will primarily consist of office space.

As well as 350,000ft² of Class A office space, the tower will also house 25,000ft² of ground-level retail space, along with parking for around 1,100 cars.
