Spenhill, a regeneration subsidiary of Tesco, has received planning consent from Dartford Borough Council to regenerate a 7-acre site to provide a retail and housing scheme in the centre of Dartford, UK.

The £80m development, which has been designed by ColladoCollins, will be anchored around a 100,000ft2 Tesco superstore and an extra 45,000ft2 of retail and restaurant space.

The residential element of the scheme will deliver 231 one and two-bedroom apartments and includes a further 4,181m2 of commercial space, spread across ten new stores.
