The premier league club wants to redevelop White Hart Lane in a 20-acre industrial side adjacent to the ground in a plan known as the Northumberland Development Project.

Spurs has signed a section 106 agreement to pay £17m for local transport and infrastructure improvements for the new stadium.

The transformation of the old stadium will be carried out in four phases.
