Sparkle Towers is a luxury residential project being developed by Dubai-based developer Tebyan in collaboration with Austrian crystal company Swarovski. The project consists of twin towers that will offer luxurious living space and a fine locale to dine, shop, and unwind.

Dubbed as ‘Space Marveled by Swarovski’, the project was officially launched in October 2014. The towers are expected to be ready by December 2016. They are designed to feature sparkling interiors and exteriors that will be enhanced by dazzling lighting applications and crystal adornments in the interior.

Details of Sparkle Towers

Dubai’s first crystal inspired towers, located in Dubai Marina, are being constructed on an area of 733,561ft² (68,150m²). The towers are 29 and 14-stories high, connected by a four-floor residential podium. They offer scenic views of the Dubai Marina and the Jumeirah beach residence and simultaneously accentuate the city’s skyline.

The project offers a combination of penthouses and a variety of bedroom units. The luxury towers consist of two penthouses, 20 three-bedroom units, 116 two-bedroom units, 160 one-bedroom units, and 80 studio apartments, as well as space for 10 retail outlets.

Location benefits of Sparkle Towers

Sparkle Towers will be constructed in the famous district of Dubai Marina in close proximity to some of the best attractions and sights. An artificial canal, the Dubai Marina, runs parallel to the Persian Gulf shoreline and is home to some of the tallest towers and grand hotels.

Accessible from the towers will be the 7km pedestrian promenade, the Marina Walk, with a number of restaurants. In the vicinity of the Sparkle Towers will be the beaches of the Jumeirah Beach Residence.

Popular destinations, such as the Emirates Mall, Ibn Battuta Mall, Burj Al Arab and Madinat Jumeirah are located close by and add a touch of glamour to the marina experience.

The Dubai Metro, easily approachable using the Marina Tram, can be used for an interesting ride through the city. The towers are also close to the Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport.

Sparkle Towers interiors

The grandeur of the Sparkle Towers is evident from the marble entrances and alternating ceramic tiles for every apartment. Adding to its opulence, the lobby and common areas of the towers are furnished with stunning crystallised chandeliers. The crystals-fitted window panes are double-glazed and a statement to Swarovski’s design. The view of the towers is further enhanced by the sparkling exterior lights.

The apartment units are designed with an attached bathroom that is fitted with some of the best European sanitary ware and fixtures. A built-in wardrobe has been included in the bedroom design. The two- and three-bedroom units will be provided with separate living space for a nanny.

The kitchen will feature contemporary, built-in steel appliances and granite countertops.

Facilities at the Sparkle Towers

Fitness centres, temperature-controlled swimming pools, jacuzzi’s, and spas add to the opulence of the luxurious living offered by Sparkle Towers. Separate spa and jacuzzi facilities are available for women.

The towers will have large open spaces, such as designer landscapes, large gardens, and indoor and outdoor play areas. A separate pool with lifeguards will be available for children. A mini-cafeteria will serve the guests in the lounge, outdoor garden or the swimming pool.

CCTV cameras will be installed for surveillance and security. Around the clock, concierge service and optional cleaning packages will be made available to the residents to enhance their comfort. Other facilities such as valet parking and on-demand limousine will also be provided.

Sparkle Towers façade

Embedded in the façade of the towers will be high-quality Swarovski crystals, which will reflect light and give the buildings a shimmery appearance. The sparkling effect will be further intensified by the sequence in which light will fade in and out.

Key players involved with the luxury residential project

Sun Engineering and Mimar Emirates Engineering Consultants were selected to be the architects. Lighting architects and designers, Lighting design partnership international (LDPi), are responsible for creating the glistening façade of the towers in association with Swarovski.
