UK-based audit firm BDO has unveiled plans to revive the scheme to build a 558ft skyscraper in London, England.

BDO has been appointed administrator of the One Blackfriars project, which was stalled after the Royal Bank of Scotland refused to grant funds.

The £500m ($790m) development will feature an upscale hotel and luxury flats, according to thisismoney.co.uk.

BDO is working with developer Beetham Organisation, which has secured planning permission, to raise funds for the project.
