COX Architecture and FAA Arkiteks have been commissioned to prepare a master plan for the proposed BioXcell Ecosystem Industrial Park in Nusa Jaya, Malaysia.
The project is an initiative of the Malaysian government and will be delivered by the BioCorp/UEM Land joint venture.
The master plan includes a central facilities hub linked by internal access roads and a detailed plan for the future development of private-sector manufacturing and testing facilities.
The central hub will feature corporate office accommodation, incubator space, a centralised laboratory, testing, training and conference facilities, retail spaces and a business centre.
The plan is in line with local planning authority requirements, according to architectureanddesign.com.au.
