The glass-clad Rolex Tower in Dubai, UAE, has been unveiled.
Designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, the tower is owned by UAE-based real estate firm Seddiqi & Sons Investment.
The mixed-use scheme feature 25 floors of two and three-bedroom apartments, two luxurious penthouses, and 31 levels of commercial and retail spaces.
The lobby features artwork by Dubai-based artist James Clar.
The Rolex Tower has been constructed using 40,000m of aluminum and glass for the exterior, and 3,385t of steel and 29,150m³ of concrete for the structural works.
