US Museum Plaza Project to Receive Funds

The developer of the museum plaza project in Kentucky, US, is expected to receive a federal loan commitment of $100m.   The entire project is expected to cost $465m and the developers have already invested more than $50m in the development, but are yet to raise $140.5m for the project.

The 62-storey skyscraper will include over 27,800m² of office space, two hotels, residential spaces.

It will also feature the University of Louisville master of fine arts programme, a new arts centre, a public park and an 850-space car park.
