European real estate company Hammerson has unveiled plans to build an office project in London, England.
The company has submitted an application for the two-building development on its St Alphage site at London Wall Place.
The 46,452m€ scheme is designed by Make Architects and is expected to cost £350m ($564m) to build.
The project will feature a 18,116m€ mini-tower and a 27,871m€ three-storey office building.
The planning approval for the proposed development is expected to be given next year, according to telegraph.co.uk.
