London architect Myk Wasylko has unveiled the design for the new Windsor train station in Ontario, Canada.
The C$6.3m (US$6.27m) facility features a curved main floor with a translucent roof, a 125-seat passenger lounge area and additional parking spaces.
The sustainable building will feature in-floor geothermal heating, solar panels and a living wall.
The 1,115m² project is being delivered for rail operator Via Rail Canada and the federal government.
Loaring Construction has been appointed to build the train station next to the old train station, according to windsorstar.com.
