The design will involve five towers standing in a row to include, a conference centre, a hotel, office and retail spaces retail and a park.

It will feature private inner courtyards, broad pedestrian walkways, parks and other open spaces.

The design replicates the Ou River landscape by including an organic park which opens towards the sea.

The city's planned green spaces are spread across the 400,000m² site and provide connection between the city and the riverfront.

IPPR International Engineering Corporation will provide structural engineering and building services for the project, according to khl.com.
