Everton Football Club has won planning consent for a £9m ($14m) retail and administration development at Goodison Park in Liverpool, England.
The four-storey facility will be built on the site of the Club Everton lounge at the end of the park.
It will house a 900m² retail store, a museum, cafe, a hospitality lounge and office spaces.
The self-funded project will offer additional space within the corporate areas of Goodison park.
Work will start before the end of the year and is expected to be complete by 2011.
The project will be paid for through the assistance of existing club retail partner Kitbag and stadium catering partner Sodexo.
